Ne alkalmazza a Toradolt, ha bármilyen közelmúltbeli vérzés, fejsérülés, gyomorfekély, súlyos vesebetegség, vérzés vagy véralvadási zavar történt vagy történik, ha műtétet tervez, ha a terhesség késői szakaszában van, vagy ha szoptat.
