Generiek Melphalan - Alkeran, Neoral

Alkeran is een chemotherapeutisch middel tegen kanker ("antineoplastisch" of "cytotoxisch").  Deze geneesmiddel is geclassificeerd als een "alkylerend middel". Alkeran wordt gebruikt voor de behandeling van multipel myeloom, ovariumcarcinoom, neuroblastoom, rhabdomyosarcoom, borstkanker en melanoom. De tabletten kunnen ook worden gebruikt in sommige conditioneringsschema's voorafgaand aan een beenmergtransplantatie.

Generic Neoral is used for preventing the rejection of organ transplants (kidney, liver, and heart). This medicine is also used to treat psoriasis and rheumatoid arthritis in certain patients.
