Generic Minocycline - Minocin, Questran, Soriatane

Generic Minocin is a tetracycline antibiotic. It is used to treat many different bacterial infections, such as urinary tract infections, severe acne, gonorrhea, tick fever, chlamydia and others.

Questran helps reduce cholesterol (fatty acids) in the blood. High cholesterol is associated with an increased risk of heart disease and atherosclerosis (clogged arteries). Questran is used to lower high levels of cholesterol in the blood, especially low-density lipoprotein (LDL) ("bad" cholesterol). Questran powder is also used to treat itching caused by a blockage in the bile ducts of the gallbladder.

Soriatane is a retinoid, which is a form of vitamin A. Soriatane is used to treat severe psoriasis in adults. This medicine is not a cure for psoriasis, and you may relapse after you stop taking this medication.
